TIMEKILLER Available to Watch for Free Online

Along with the unveiling of our still kinda buggy new website design, we bring the full-length short video TIMEKILLER for your viewing pleasure/hatred. It is split up into four bite-sized parts for easy internet digestion and can be viewed and shared in any way you see fit. Its a video we shot about two years ago under the title WAYBACK, but the version available is a freshly revised cut that improves upon the performances and the narrative majorly.

TIMEKILLER is about Kevin, an apathetic loser who spontaneously develops the ability to time travel at the start of a debauchery-filled night with friends. He half-heartedly and futily attempts to use this power for personal gain, giving up in favor of enjoying the party. However as the night rages on it becomes apparent that Kevin's ability may not be at his total disposal, and that it comes at a price that he may not be aware he has to pay. Slowly it dawns on Kevin that he may have to stop something dreadful from happening, because he may not be the only one interested in using his powers for personal gain.

You can find it on our HOME page our on our VIDEO page. It will open in a separate window where you can access all four parts, the trailer, and other information. This includes a full soundtrack listing with purchasing links to each artist and song; we did not obtain permission to use the music we do, but we are also not profiting in any way from its use. That's only one reason we made sure to provide detailed information on the soundtrack and purchasing links. The other is that all of these artists are fantastic and you should go out and buy their shit as soon as possible, if for no other reason than your personal improvement as a person.

I have also written a Director's Statement for the film, which I might not normally do, but the movie is a product of the time it was created (Winter 2006) and it felt necessary to give it a bit of explanation. It spoils the end of the movie hardcore, though, so don't read it unless you watch the whole thing, but please do take a look at it if you get a chance.

More than anything, though, if you like the thing then share it with your friends and family. This is a full DIY production, paid for out of pocket, and very very grassroots. Word of mouth is what is going to get people to see it, and that puts the ball in your court. Even if you don't like it, you might think of showing it to someone you like talking with to incite conversation. Its up to you! NEW GIANTKILLER SITE > OLD GIANTKILLER SITE

The new Giantkiller website is finally up and ready for presentation. You'll notice a helluva lot of new stuff. This includes (finally) an explanation of who we are and what we do, along with a page devoted to our fantastic Repertory Company of actors, both of which are on our WHOM? page. We have a News Center which you are probably already on if you're reading this and also includes my Twitter. FOLLOW ME.

Most notably of all our new additions, however, is the full inclusion of our short video TIMEKILLER. That's right. You can watch the entire movie online for free. It is split up into four bite-sized parts for easier internet digestion and you can find it easily either on our HOME page or on the VIDEOS page. More on that in a separate news update.

What is missing on our site but will be coming soon is the FREE SWAG page. This will include any number of free goodies to download and do with as you please. Everything from banner ads you can put on your Myspace to show your love for what we do, to some cooler stuff like mini-posters you can download and put up wherever you so please and even cooler STENCIL KITS that you'll be able to download, print-out, and make your own t-shirts, jackets, graffiti (we do not promote illegal activity *cough*) or whatever you like out of. All that stuff will be coming as soon as we can get them done and ready for mass consumption.

Very shortly we will be similarly updating our Myspace page to reflect these changes and additions as well so be on the lookout for that. We also just created a Facebook page that you can become a fan of and receive updates that-a-way. All in all we are going to be making great pains to become more connected with you good folks and we respond to everything you might say to us personally. So send us a line.

I suppose that is that... Yeah. So explore our new site, watch TIMEKILLER, dig around until you discover all the little secrets and easter eggs, and then judge us if you must. But just know this: We love you for exactly who you are.
